He's right. There's no way the volume can be at an odd number, especially when it is displayed with that bar scale thingy at the bottom. (unless that's what u mean by not full, then i get where ur coming from)

the BEST UNI for your COURSE (and maybe personality) is what u want to be looking for. everything else is secondary in motion if you are seriously considering spending the next 3+ years there. (not to mention the fianancial cost)
