Not too sure.Lets say something like 5 years. The company you work for is it an investment company?Dont invest in property, the market is f*cked as you prob nowDisagree totally.Play your cards right now and you can come on top of some major profits. You dont make money buying when the market is strong. You're not gonna invest in property obviously so this doesnt apply to you Titan, but property is a very good investment, despite the recent dip.Titan if you want some catered advice, PM Goddaz or myself. If you tell me exactly what your situation is I can sort some something for you.Depending on what bank you're with, you may be able to do it through them. I know HSBC offer this, but be prepared for them to charge you for this.I dont know any IFA who would put money into property now, as I say I work with investments on a daily basis and talk to IFA's everyday.Fair enough, its not the most risk-free option. However, Ive done it myself in the past, and very recently, and continue to see a good return off it.For example, I recently bought a flat at auction, converted it into 2, renovated them, and am currently renting them both out - the rental price at the moment has been eager to rise, and looks set to rise due to the house price crash. Lenders are more stringent with their credit, buyers are put off/not able to gain credit for mortgages, and turn to rent. Landlords in turn know that the demand far outstrips the supply, so can afford to up the rent. The rental from both flats combined easily covers the mortgage and more, so its a very worthwhile investment.Property isnt the safest investment in the world, but it is by no means a bad one. If you know the market, like with anything you can make huge amounts.Safe though Bully I may PM you in the new year if thats cool, would be good to have a link up.

And yeah BC is right about bullet points. Try not to make it an "informal cv". Make everything structured and to the point. Its not fun going through hundreds of cvs.

Thought I might as well post in here. I also just noticed I wrote none of that sort of stuff. I just put duties etc.ESPRIT LTD. Fashion boutique & clothing retailer based on Regent Street. Duties: Store front & Visual maintenance/Customer Service/Finance Office Assistance/VIP Clientele Assistance/Stock take and checking.Key Skills· Flexible and adaptable· Good communication skills, with ability to liaise with all types of people· Awareness of current styles and fashion demands· Able to work independently, as well as part of a team· Competent on software & hardware aspects of computers.LOL Thats a copy and paste of a couple sections from my "retail cv". At the end of the day you just gotta bullshit and you'll get it. Retail is 99% appearance. If they like you/you come across well in the interview, you'll get the job.
-
For a start dont make any spelling mistakes. Your cv will be thrown in the bin faster than Chocz photo at a modelling agency.Ive got my retail CV from a while back here. Ill copy and paste what I wrote and PM u it if you want.

I dont think you could still..not sending, it just doesnt come across like you've ever had to?I remember when I first moved out, I worked out exactly what I was earning, deducted 25% for tax/ni contributions etc, and then halved the figure. Half I would allocate on rent, the rest would be worked out for insurance/council tax/travel/food/electricity/gas etc.It taught me a hell of a lesson. Now when Im paid, even if I dont need to, Ill buy everything I need for the next month/few months, pay off all bills, invest half of what is left, and use the remainder chunk to either do something I enjoy, or for buffer money during the course until I come into money again.I tend not to save money, because its not really doing anything for me if its sitting in the bank, rather when I have leftoever I invest it.Even though we didnt have a huge amount growing up, my dad always said "never get used to not having money", coz once you start to become complacent, you're f*cked.

Not really.I was with you till you said this. She was butters fam.I could be swinging chich from the trees and still tell u dem ting deya.

Cheating in a traditional sense - no.Cheating in an emotional sense like the one you've described - yes. From time you're not giving your all to a girl you're supposed to be in a relationship with, you might as well not be in that relationship.Like you said its common with younger chicks/man. More commonly it rears its head I reckon when either one turns to the other and says "Why you spending so much time with her/him for", or something along those lines.Platonic girl/boy relationships are non existent. Recently I managed (god knows how) to sleep with a girl I had known for around 4 years. Before then I would have classed it as a really tight friendship - we would jam at stupid hours of morning, she would call for advice, and vice versa etc, but I realised that just weren't the case. Moretime the only thing which stops a "platonic" relationship from developing is the presence of a girlfriend/boyfriend, and even sometimes that isn't even enough. Wasnt in my case anyway. In terms of under the radar, I think it depends on how clued up you are. One of my exes, yeah, she was with ME, but she never laid down a barrier between her and other men. Let me explain - She would joke around with man (in my presence or out of my presence) in a way which I would call suggestive, and flirtatious - you know that sort of vibe you get going on when you're feeling a chick and shes on it - she would have that kinda vibe with certain man and I would get vex. She wouldnt act loyal - and I think thats what it is - if you're in a relationship with someone, you gotta present a front like you two are unbreakable - and if anyone tries it, you tell them thats the case.Moretime, people are too quick (especially youngers) to air their issues out and seek "comfort and advice" in others, who arent there to give advice, but just to watch the cracks develop, so when it comes time, they can get theirs.

lmaosecond time i see some jealous talk from you

Pissed.I used to want to rags it so bad.But since the Anthony thing man would have to be careful. She comes like one of them crazy bitches that tries to trap you.About "Im pregnant" when they didnt even lash. Dun know even if you strapped up like predator she would still claim it. Gots to be careful.

to be honest she did have a point. what goddaz said didnt really make sense (nothing new there tho)Treacle beg you die. @Penny. She was quick off the mark to send. Her point was invalid if she knew how Goddaz was as a father.Im pretty sure Fudge Puppets will get locked off. Venue aint been sorted and its looking unlikely.
