  1. exactly what i was thnking. you dont seem to be that strong for your sizeOnly been traing proper for 18 months, im still losing weight remember, i aint 16 stone of pure lean mass lolyou are weak for your size,training time ,you mention that you bench 100kgs quite alot but that's less than your bodyweight not really impressive.start squating and get your deadlift to over x2 bodyweight...
  2. my body weight is 13 stone/82kgsincline bench press - 85kgsflat bench press - 95 kgsdb incline bench press - 40kgs each handdb flat bench press - not done this for timemilitary press - 65kgs real military press! seated or smith = not military press squat - today i done 75kgs x 20 reps/1 rep max is 115kgsdeadlift - 175kgsdumbell curl - 30kgs Dips 50kgs 1 repPullups 27.5 kgs 1 repI have been working out for 6 months.
