Will this guy just STFU."So we have gone away"?SOMEONE F*CKING GET DAVID DEIN BACK IN HERE [DIDIER DROGBA]THIS IS A F*CKING DISGRACE!!![/DIDIER DROGBA] The thing is we can't really hold the moral high ground on cesc, if we then go to another club who has said a player is not for sale and try to unsettle him with small increased bids. Not comparing cesc to schwarzer but just saying. If we bid £3m and they turned it down i think we should walk away anyway. As for PHW guy is an old over-opionated c*nt, hopefully he'll step down soon.

Very happy, looks our best prospect in terms of the teenagers at the club.We can let cesc leave now and this will be 'like a new signing'.

The hype is getting a bit too much. Can't wait for world cup to start and give the papers something else to talk about. Still think he will be at Arsenal next season.
-
People talk about us being too lightweight to win the league and all the disappointment with that - and then go and suggest fran merida should of been given more playing time. Crazy. If he had gone out on loan to a british club he would of stood a chance - he didn't and now he is moving on. The fact he is going Atletico suggest he ain't good enough for us.
-
Unless we get some silly money we won't be selling - no need.Going to be in for a whole summer of stuff like this though not gonna get too excited over every article.
-
How much did they pay for him was it £30m or so?Transfer fee + wages = Never gonna happen.
-
They finished with 35 points, most seasons that would see you relegated. Tatically he wasn't great and seemed to love this 4-3-3 formation even when it wasn't working. I know a few hammers who are happy he has gone. I know he is a nice guy but we know where they finished. Sure at a stable club he would of done better - hope he gets a chance. That west ham job would of been hard for even the most experienced manager
-
Can probably pick the 7 now who won't be going. Dawson, Parker, Huddlestone, Bent, SWP, Johnson, Warnock. It's a joke Carragher is in there but as he is he'll be going SA.
-
Was to be expected - statistically west ham's worst ever manager, hasn't been helped with the backroom stuff that has been going on but has made some odd decisions and ultimately if the bottom 3 teams weren't so sh*t west ham would of been down this year. Sullivan and Gold take no prisoners when it comes to changing managers.

United v Arsenal U18 Semi Final Playoff - 11:00
will h replied to Francis Coquelin's topic in Sports Room
Nice goal. Really like the look of Luke Freeman, very hard working and good technique. -
I was wrong - looks like this could be tricky. .

Spurs won't finish above us - expect a few players to miraculousy make a recovery and start this game (Song, Arshavin, Almunia). Fringe players will be back on the bench, midfield should look a lot stronger/coherentDon't even want to think what will happen if we finish below them.Wenger already peddling his usual sh*t about transfers which has me worried.Still trying to put some perspective on this - we ain't been competing with spurs in the league until the last game, our season ended a couple of weeks ago and it has shown amongst the players and fans.

Nice one. They good enough for muscle growth as well?Want to put on specifically muscle rather than just pure mass/bulk. Seems a lot of these 'protein' shakes are more for mass gaining with high calories, looking for high protein, low calories. Is that possible and what would you recommend?
-
Only guys i want gone are Silvestre and Almunia. In fact wouldn't mind a complete goalkeeper clearout, but a new no1 and keep the polish guy at brentford (not even gonna attempt to spell his name). We just need to add to what we have Diaby needs to get some competition in that midfield. Don't know how a 23 year old who is so inconsistant gets a guaranteed starting spot cos the next person inline is either Denilson or a 19 year old. He must be loving it. Same goes for song as well, but at least he is a little more consistant.
-
Just getting back into the gym after a year or two out. Use to post in this room way back when.I'm looking for something that helps with muscle growth and rpair but does not pile on weight. Any recommendations?I see a few people talking about Phd Synergy, but think that only has around 25g of protein per serving - don't seem that much, or is the other stuff in it that helps?Use to just do 100% whey from USN but that tasted so distgusting i think i wanna try something else.
-
To be honest i thought nobody has ever criticised him as a RB. I remember being at that game he got booed at and it seemed to me more people were pissed at Wenger for playing him at left wing when clearly his form and confidence was already shot to bits. This season he has played really well and glad he has turned it around. Have no problems with him starting over Sagna at RB.Apparently Roma are lurking looking to make a bid.

Chelsea have never really been in debt since abramovich has been there as he just gave them a personal loan which didn't ever require repayments. This loan has now been converted into equity so now they are technically debt free.Off the field our club is looking stronger and stronger. Hopefully the takeover will not happen for a while and we start being as successful on the pitch.
-
how do u work that out?Asked for the ball off our keeper, then gave it straight to them to take a quick free kick. Seen quick freekicks before. But never seen the ref be that active in the setup of it.
-
2nd half was one of the worst performances i have seen us from us.Ref needs to claim an assist for that 2nd goal, basically placed it for them. Once again, DM, GK and Striker are all massively lacking. Sol was probably our best player.Arsenal to go through still.
-
This goes through it will just encourage the top 4 to go form a european super league of thier own. Surely people across europe want to see the top teams play in europe's top competition wasn't that the whole point of expanding champions league in the 1st place.
-
Oh and i agree that ticket prices are high, although i pay no more than £50 a ticket, went chelsea v pompey recently and paid more than that to sit under a shitty leaky roof with fans worse than ours. Grass ain't always greener.

What did i miss? Arsenal fans showing there 'support' for the club by 'standing up' against one of the most successful boards in the country after losing two games down to individual defensive errors. The whole group contradicts itself, they don't want the club to be modernised, but do want additional revenue generated by this modernisation to be released to the manager? Some people want there cake and eat it. Let me guess these facebook goons know how to run a club better than a board who have been there and done it all? We all think we know what is best for arsenal, but in all reality it is those who see it 1st hand everyday. As for the atmosphere, i think it has improved year on year. Having said that i refuse to sit in the upper tier since a couple of years ago.
