Once again, don't waste your time with these unhealthy tuna and egg, grapefruit and water type diets.YOUR BODY NEEDS MULTIVITAMINS!Exercising is the main thing.

Get off your fat asses and get active!!f*ck these diets, your body needs all different of vitamins...including fat.Reduce saturated fats from your diet (dairy products, chocolates, crisps etc.)Find a way to motivate yourself to EXERCISE!! Weight training that targets your back, chest and thighs.At least 30-45 mins of cardio exercise (running, jogging, cycling etc.) 2-3 times a week.

Canibus.This dude was without a doubt one of the best mc's ever.Very impressive on songs such as.... "Beasts from the East", Desperados, 4321 ...etc. Some really freestyles on Dj Clue mixtapes also. Now he's just very average. I haven't even bothered to listen to his last 3-4 mixtapes or albums.Prodigy (From Mobb Deep)One of the most quotable rappers ever.Now he's words barely even rhyme....completely wack.Kurrupt. (From Da Dogg Pound)Another very good lyricist who completely fell off.

True.All that time spent in the studio making songs..... and some people (myself included) get it for free.But then again, some artists leak their own music. The Group Little Brother for example.interesting i actually think most people know this but havent actually looked at it as boldly as this.a bit demotivating tbh. -

Oops!
