It's cool, downloaded from where? If its in a folder, just highlight all the files (press control A) and the ndrag them into the Itunes window and it will add them all inThis will work with ZIP or Regular folders, for instance if you have a "Limewire shared folder" just seelect everything and drag, should work fine.

WHen you are syncing yourself it wont duplicate.It wont let you put in a file that has the same filename as another track.But when it auto syncs it just puts EVERYTHING on, so if you have two of one file in itunes with different names, it will put them both on your ipod.ONce you sync manually it should stopHope it helps.

On the IPod page in itunes, click the box that says "manually manage my music"Then you wont have that problem.Winamp is also useable, but i recommend Itunes, just do what I said..
