I mostly drink herbal tea now, i'm trying to eliminate tea and coffee, but if i'm out and about i'll drink. Can't do more than one spoon of sugar, its too sickly sweet.

IA Kurious i am a DIYerNow there wasn't youtube and all the hairblogs and forums when i started doing my own hair, but now there is so much info out there. I remember when i was stressed at uni and my hair kept falling out, also diet does affect hairgrowth when istarted eating more protein and healthier it seemed to help as well

Some people's hair doesn't grow past a certain point thats true my aunts won't go past her shoulders, but she has a relaxer and doesn't really look after it.And my old boss hair wouldn't grow past her neck but she was a bottle bleach blond, we kept telling hair she needed to stop whenever she complained about it, but she never did anything.I thought my hair didn't grow but after i cut it off ( and had to go round looking like john legend for a year)It has really grown back and is longer than it has been since i started taking care of my hair myself.Just evaluate what you've been doing to your hair recently, like mine was breaking and i didn't know why and since i'm anti-hairdressers and never needed to really tim in the past i put off trimming for ages and then i did some readingand decided to trim ( and change the way i wash my hair)and it really helped.
