Why dont you just do voluntary work. I've just agreed to be a treasury for 4 hours a week for Cats Protection. I am also going for a 9 hour training course next week on being a leader of walking teams where you get people out to exercise on walks. Have also a 4 hour shift in the mornings helping out a centre of horses that are injured and need help Saturday/Sunday mornings I'am doing voluntary admin work at the local council.
