I think Ramos just wants to build him up slowly and probally knows Adel will apart of our squad next season (I hope). Atm Ramos wants to see how our first team players will perform when theres nothing to play for, which Aaron is finding it hard atm. He's more focused on whos does/doesn't want for next season. Rome wasn't built in a day. a total shake up would put you in a transitional year when really and truly you need 4 players (back up CB, RW, a quality centre mid and another striker).
