I do find the term Jamo offensive though.

It is a brush more time, but I asked one don why he says that and he said cos I cant say or spell ..... (jamaican).... and tbh watching him stumble through the word was peak for him and me.

Jamo is just a short word for jamaican.

And paki is the short word for pakistani...I for one do not use the word because it is used as an offensive slur.

As is Aff.

hold this L lol

He's got a point, the perspective is crazy.

1 of my best friends (Nigerian) tried to drop

"They just thought they was sending them to work though"

Ain't seen him since tbf

The worst I heard was on here though, John Doe dropped

"Ahhh man, why did they let themselves get taken"

But I try not to get mad at other people being misinformed, it's not really logical.

truth hurts i guess

all i'm saying is they're certain things that should just be respected, end of.

in this instance you are just denying yourself

and i'm not saying love it, shout about it from the roof tops etc

just know yourself in it and see past the bs and stop making it the reason u can't respect where your from

grafter u can get tired all u want, u are african & u are taking that to the grave

self hate is a madting

pmsl the force

putting words in her mouth like she claimed any different

:/

well her, tf, trap god & more are coming up with bare excuses & deflections against the truth i speak

to me that's denying or not accepting what i'm saying is it not? and if not, all the above was pointless

its my delivery that's the issue

/

gal deflecting from a subject i understand but you man allow it

i don't understand why you bringing this point up

how does it invalidate what I said tho?

what, coz u may(many actually left the continent on their own accord) have been sold way back when it's means you can't respect the fact that you are still african ;/

i fell out with my mum 10+ years ago, does it mean she didn't birth now? or that i can't respect the fact that she brought me to the world? hell no, i'll always respect her for that regardless

We are speaking in English. A glorious language which allows us to be wholly duplicitous in our speech. It affords us the possibility to smile and scold all at once.

A language with more than twice the amount of words of any other European language.

SO even if i was being condescending rude or patronising you should be able to respond without profanity. You should be able to to provide an apt response for either eventuality

Anyhow i was just actually using plain English and your response proves YOUR comprehension is lacking

Good day
