Just wondering if anyone can give me a good explanation as to why man in prison come out wench when they have been banging out weights for about a year following no strict diet at all and then theres you man makin the same progress with the strictest diets i've ever seen. No sending its just I wanna know the reason for this

Well obviously they are in for a long stretch so they have more time to bulk up.But..3 square meals a dayRegulated/correct sleeping time (unless the screws boy it)No junk/sh*t foodAll the time they are allowed the spend in the gymLike, i go gym, but somedays I might do some next sh*t instead that seems more interesting, in prison, THERE IS NO NEXT sh*t. All the time i'd be in my cell i'd just be doing press ups till i needed to sleep, then Id sleep.

Trust me, some man i know went in for like 5 years came out HENCH (i didn't know him when he went in but i've been told he was skinny at first).....i see him a year later and he was fat but you could still see the muscle.

There's that.But it's also a bit of a myth. Most guys who go in skinny don't come out looking HENCH.And the ones that do tend to have HUGE arms and chest from bare press ups, curls and bench press, but most of them look unproportioned.

its cos most of them get anti-depressants. makes u put on weightthat and the fact pumping weights is one of the highlights of der day n u dont get alot of excercise

It's obvious man's eat spend most their day sitting off doing nothing, in turn not burning any calories plus gym = Hench. But most get hench but not defined there's a difference between a bodybuilder physique and a power lifter physique. Also drugs can be in some cases smuggled into prisons, so the usage of steroids might still be present, also the concept of fear most man will hit the gym to get hench cause they'd be shook of being taken for a slosh in prison.

I''ve been recommended a time but not been sentenced yetI'm in court for that next Mondayit's then that I 'go'If only I could get online in pen ryda I know exactly who you're on about lad lol
