not that im an expert but i dont think its a case of not being easy i think its more a case of it not being easy to be mature enough to get the house and allow certain unnecessary expenses that you may not need.also just cos the whole world wants a house dont mean you should get one its almost like mature peer pressure back in the day you was judged on ya trainers if they were not fake nikes, then it was going uni, now its whos got a house, then it will be whos married etc etcbe content fam you cant take it with you when ya dead.
