sugarNspice180 Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 You Feel Its The End Of The World? dont u hate that feeling?i missed my a level exam 2dy i genuinely thought it was in the afternoon but it was in the morning at 11am i just happened 2 look at my exam timetable n see it in fact said 9.am not 1 my heart stopped beating,i began sweeting n shakingi felt like jumping out the windowfoned college they were unhelpful "aww theres nothing we can do""if u would have come by 10.30 u would have been fine""did college not ring u cos they should have done if someone was missing"i got NO call yeh i suppose its my fault but i wern't the only one that thought it was in the afternoon later found out about 8 ppl didn't turn up cos they thought it was in the afternoonjust thought i'd tell everyone my dayanyone every experience something like this?? Man got there and it was soooo dead.. pressing the buzzer and all sorts.. Then the admin came out and told me its somewhere else. I was over pissed.. The killer part was she didnt even know where.She had to ring my tutor, manz fone was off, same with other teachers.Then we managed to find out the place..toke me another half an hour to get there. looking for the room was a bitch, another half hour went..By the time I found it, they was 5 minutes left. I just waited for the second paper.....according to them they said they sent the exam venue in the post, but man didnt receive nothing...they didnt let me resit the exam, but I was bless without it. I found out that one of my English teacher's just lost her son llast week SO basically she's not gonna be in school for a while. Meantime, I'm left with the sh*t teacher. 67 days 'til we leave school, and I NEED to get a B in English, otherwise I'm f*cked.And 2. My drama teacher is a prick. Full stop. Got shortlisted for head girl today and my exam yesterday didn't go too bad.Not so happy at the fact that my coursework is due in tomorrow, and I've barely started because I've only just come home. Gonna be a late night tonight.But yes, I know the feeling. At least you know you haven't fully lost your chance in doing the exam, that's if you can sit the exam in the summer. Got a call from home saying Im absent for an exam, rushed to the office to see what was going on to be confronted with an exam time change. I was like wtf? Skin of my TEETH that i managed to get in and do it.- Double exam in one day and I didnt get an isolation slip. The college changed the format of the exam timetable, before they just put what time the exam started, on the new one they had what time it finished too. All I saw on my timetable was the finish time, thinking it was the start time. I got there just as the exam finished.
