who here has real serious, not talkin to members of your family ever againi kno a lot of people got beef with their dadsbut what about cousins, brothers, sisters2 of my cousins dont talk, i can see why, one a dem is a prick and the other one is stubbornbut what im sayin theyre cousins at the end of the day, you dont have to be best friends but you can talk and be civil because i think when it comes to family events it puts a strain on everyone kind ofthat side of my family is kinda large and i dont like all a dem by far, but i wouldnt give it upmy brother is happy to not stay in contact with no one on both sides regardless whether they done him something or not, i think that is so wronghe ain seen my grandparents in like 5 yrs now, and they keep askin me if they did him something and i dunno what to sayso feuds?relationships with extended family?what are urs like?

You can't always say it's as easy as being family that they talk again. Some stuff some people have told me is f*cked, and I would under no circumstances converse with that person unless I was about to tuck them in.Closest Ive come to a serious feud is me and my dad. When man was in the hospital, and I saw him teh first time, he was such a complete and utter d*ckhead, I said to my sister when we left I'm not going back to see him and I have nothing to say to him ever, and believe me at the time I meant every single word. Don't really have a big family, so if there's problems, it's in my immediate fam.

I speak to none of my cousin's on my father's side. They're all either money grabbing yardies, jailbirds or/and thieves. At family functions, I'll be civil and might even say hello and past the potato salad along. But if they ever try and talk to me, I get up and move along. My mother doesn't speak to my Dad's sisters. They keep in contact with my dad's ex's "just in case." I gave these women a piece of mind at Christmas though. My aunt jumped up and down, when my Grandfather gave her a cheque. He gave my little sisters money, my cousins and so forth; none to the adults. He said, "I'm not giving money to those who work." biggrin.gif I was like cool. But my Aunt, the Wasteman, jumped up and down like I got money i got money, in front of her daughter. I said out loud, "She should be ashamed of the fact that her niece recieved nothing and she recieved a hand out." Oh how she tried to justify herself. Silly woman.

You see, thats just the type of crap I'm waiting for my dad to come out with. I know he's PROBABLY got two. Let him bring them to my house, and dare try and tell me these are my siblings. I'm ready.I cannot count them family when they are born out of deception and then forced upon me. No, I will not have that. biggrin.gif

Get on fine with my dad's side. However, when it comes to my mum's side, her sister-in-law & family are VERY sly. I think around 2 years ago, before my grandad's death, she persuaded him to change his will, when he was vulnerable, in order to give all the money that he would have given to us, to her family. Altogether she took over half a mil from us, and her daughter even had the cheek to pretend to be my mum collecting her sets of jewelery from the hospital. We don't speak to them. It came to the point where my parents just go on like they don't know them.

My marj has 17 brothers and sisters and only 4 out the lot including her really consider each other as family, therefore its sorta made me not take to them too tuff. But then again thats not really a feud. One of my cousins was shanked by another so they dont talk anymore muchless consider each other family- so at events its sorta tedious.
