Even though he is a west ham pikey.yep, I think giving other members a chance to be mods will be good tooPromoting the site more is the one thing I would ask for, more users should generally mean better input. Sure you've said that about race topics I think in regards to offensive a warning should be passed before it gets locked. A lot of topics that turn offensive dont actually start out that way, so a warning to get things back on track would be sufficient IMOI was being hypothetical in repsonse to race topics anyway. If they are constructive, fine, if not, they're locked. I think I'm more than capable to judge each topic on it's merit init and I'll be as fair as I can. I definitely warn too...We all know race topics are taboo anyway, they will offend someone and seeing as this is a community it's generally not appropriate. But lets see what other mods/admin say... As long as it's moderated correctly and topics don't simply become vehicles for abuse cos people's opinion's differ, it could work. Though saying that, there was an 'Advanced' room on RWD and it was dead...Why not just post such subjects in here? As soon as a few users post seriously in the topic it will take off init. Because after a while people would start crying that the whatever room is suppose to just be to catch joke not serious debates.I wernt around on rwd dem days so i dont know about that...Dont see why the admin cant give it a 2week trial run and if its not succesful remove and if it is a sucess keep it. Dont lock a topic because you think its run its course or you dont see the point in it.Less mods and we need to decide on clear and concise rules behind locking threads. Plus I think there should be an agreement on banning certain people. For example I dont think onslaught or cola should have been banned 'cause they annoyed mods, Durtty Boi and Apache respectively.
