Where I can start:GilbertoHoyteLehmannTraoreNever wanna see any of them play for us again, totally useless.How TF can say that Lehmann's kicking is better than Almunia's is way beyond me, it's been even worse than usual.Gilberto has been Man Utd's best passer. Traore is not a defender at all.Fabregas and Hleb are nowhere to be seen. Bendtner started off well winning every header.EDUARDO IS THE ONLY PLAYER WHO DESERVES ANY CREDIT FOR TRYING, BEEN OUR BEST PLAYER BY A COUNTRY MILE.As Sho knows, I've not rated Gallas during his time with us and with good reason, he's all over place.To add Gallas and Toure are shocking in the air.Said at the start of the season we need someone who's dominant in the air at the back, I was laughed at. I don't think there is a whole lot rong with our side we just didn't want it like them.Gilberto I give him thanks for what he has done for us over the years but it is time to go, he knows iw Wenger knows it we all know it. He has been loyal but he just doesn't seem to care when he plays, more miss-placed passes than ever. When he plays we seem to lose.Defence was all over the place.Lehmann's distribution was woeful, he's time is up for us.Eboue no comment. He was so shook to make a challenge was f*cking cringing whenever an opposing player would come onto him. Too scared and to sh*t.Traore, felt sorry for him. Game was too big for him to handle and it's abit worrying that he doesn't have any defensive capabilities what so ever. Again he was shook but can be forgiven unlike Hoyte.Defence as whole was a shambles. got over ran on the ground in the air. Gallas was whack beyond belief and the Toure out there was a nobody completely differnt player from the one who left us at the start of Jan.Eboue, his cuntish behaviour was acceptable once but not anymore. I was irate seeing playing right wing before kick off but f*ck him, thank god I won't see him for 3 games. Hleb of the pace didn't care. Fabregas off the pace, tried but not hard enough.Gilberto, the longer this guy carries on with football the more I forget what he did for us in the past, man should hand in his retirement monday morning and save himself and his family eambarrasment.Can't put any blame on Bendtner had no service but battled whenever he could, was a shame he had to play with sh*t today. Eduardo our best player tried his hardest never gave up until subbed.The subs did nothing except Flamini giving them another goal, SMH at Adebayor's dive.Lehmann's career is over for us should Almunia come back next week no more games for him to play F.A cup was his only chance of 1st team football.. Let in a few easy goal from what I thought.Wenger, SMFH, 5-1 to the spuds all over again set out a team who couln't give a sh*t even to save themselves further embarrasment, couldn't even make the scorline respectable. He f*cked up up with Traore, should neve thrust him in a game so big. Should stop playing Hoyte his wages FFSIn all we did play woeful but Man u just f*cked us up serious. No way would we have lost this game and the spurs game in the manner we did if we had people like Vieira, Keown, Bergkamp been around. A lot of people no longer have the ability to lead or that winning mentality that our winning squads of the past had.Gallas has been good this year, but he should of been leading that defence, in hoyte and traore's ear the whole time, same with toure. Gilberto is awful now. I find hard to blame because we have made him sh*t by playing him so little. People forget that a lot of players need to find a rhythm for thier play to become effective, which probably is why the goal machine has been so good this year. Still, gilberto does look like he don't give a sh*tWe need a few more leaders and a few more players with that never say die, winning mentality that our teams of old had, we've seen it in patches, but it appears for cup competitions we barely give a toss. Desire Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 I honestly think Wenger has told em don't bother about the domestic cups the squad can't cope, i remember after we got dumped out by PSV last year he was like next year we will sacrifice the Carling cup etc... and this was compounded when we went out to Blackburn in the quarters of the FA Cup.If we go on to win the league and reach at least the Semi finals of the Champions League then fair play to him but should we throw away this 5 point lead and get knocked about by Milan then this plan would have backfired badly and its another trophy less season. Its a bit of a gamble but i think its a realisation the squad can't cope, i said it in the other thread im surprised how well we have done with injuries thus far but we really can't mount a serious assault on all 4 trophies so Carling and FA Cups get dash out which is a shame cause thats 2 Wembley finals we missed out on Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
