TF/S4DK Posted February 18, 2008 Report Share Posted February 18, 2008 0-41-5WHO CARES!!!At times like these I think reality needs to set in some of your heads,..Arsenal FC is still a club re-shaping, the future is promising, very promising indeed...But a lot of you are fickle cunts.Once we drew Spurs in the Carling Cup, I said we was going out.Once we drew Man Utd away, I said we was going out.Reason being...At the start of the season, most of you didnt think the squad was good enough to challenge on ONE front.At the start of the season, most of you felt the squad was too thin.So when...We had 9 players out and...Have played 42 games already this season... No team thats league starts in the summer, has played that many games in the world.Staying in the FA Cup, meant we was heading for a HORRIBLE CRASH.Finally our players will get a breather & our manager the proper time to prepare his team for games and let the other cunts run around playing games every 3 days.Trust me Saturday was a blessing very much in disguise.A lot of you think April is the deciding month for our title challege, I think its more what happens in February & March... Still we have to keep pickin up 3 points against the lower clubs as well.You pick up total points in Feb & March, so you go into those games just avoiding defeat and when your playing team who are playing more games than you, have a older legs than you, and need the win & will open up more than you, we should easily be able to pick them off. My attitude after them is just make sure it doesnt happen again. I've never been like Spurs fans who take comfort from defeat "cos they are heading in the right direction".Traore & Hoyte, particularly Traore, cant defend, but the Spurs game told us this already... When Wenger said after the Spurs game that it taught him certain players are not readyfor the first-team, I was convinced it was more him & Fabianski, rather than Walcott like you man all said...Gilberto is the cancer that sparks everything wrong in our defeats this season.and Wenger got his team selection wrong (Eduardo on the left/Hleb in the middle, 451, Eboue RW) & probably has put his trust in some players for the last time ever again this season unless its hugely preventable... Only Chelsea would've stood in our way should we have beat Man u. We should've went all out for the fa cup or atleast played with hunger and desire. Was embarrassing to watch.
