bex Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 We all know that over the past year or so, there has been a spate in teenage shootings/violence in Britain, particularly London. RWD was, and still is one of the most prominent urban organisations catering to British urban youth. Now we all know what happened with RWD - the website got taken over by new admin, and all/most of the active RWD users fluctuated to VIP2. I don't know exactly who founded this website, or who's running it now, this is just a theory I'm putting forward to the VIP2 community.RWD has a Wikipedia site in which it mentions VIP2, not in a particularly bad light. Don't you think RWD would be a little pissed off about having its primary source of publicity (apart from the magazine) stolen by a rival website? This leads me to believe both websites/forums are affiliated with each other in some way, perhaps run by the same company. So many topics have been posted on both RWD and VIP2 by forum members concerning issues such as teenage shootings, underage sex, illegal drugs, etc. Topics which are in the governments interest to know.RWD does not care about its members, that is evident from the forum changing its layout DESPITE public protest (what kind of promotion for your website is that?) and also from the ridiculous charade that was The Company. I missed all that, so I don't really know the full story but I gather it was some stupid attempt at seeing how the "VIP2 community" would respond to a Big Brother nation. Set up by admin staff. Hmm. Sound fishy? Recent HUGE exposure which led to the forum being switched to private? Even fishier.I refuse to continue posting my personal information/opinions on a website which is being tracked or monitored in any way, and I think that this website was DELIBERATELY set up to do just this. As was the decision to publicize these recent teenage shootings (we all know this has been happening long before the media picked up on it, all the promotion is just ENCOURAGING the kids). Another point I would just like to raise is a recent comment by a forum member, something like "this place is coming like a low rate 4chan". I really couldn't agree more. And you know what happened a few years ago with 4chan in the UK. NTL, BT Broadband and UK Online BANNED their customers from accessing it.This is just a theory I'm putting forward to the VIP2 community.
