Definitely but the particular machine I was using is really good for the back and I always see lots of gains from using it.

the pulldown? i use a simiar one but the two arms act independently so that u don't end up over working one side of ur body, but every time i do my back my arms feel f*cked (more so) than my back.

Nah the sit down arms out infront of you, pull towards you machine. Has the chest pad.

rows? yeah i use that, canes my traps as well as my back
I'v got sum mad shooting pain just above my left buttock that comes and goes. flippin annoyin when it strikes when u move whilst sleeping. funny thing is i dont feel it when lifting.
