what you know about warming up with at least 20s but now warming up with 10sSTRUGLING

I was on the machine doing my back, about 112 on the machine, so the pulling motion has strained my arm biggrin.gif Why I aint machine aswell cos your stronger arm will over compensate for your weaker one...
thats a downfall of using machines i prefer free weights
Definitely but the particular machine I was using is really good for the back and I always see lots of gains from using it.

the pulldown? i use a simiar one but the two arms act independently so that u don't end up over working one side of ur body, but every time i do my back my arms feel f*cked (more so) than my back.21_900_pakenham-fitness-factory-pakenham-gym_l.jpg

Nah the sit down arms out infront of you, pull towards you machine. Has the chest pad.

rows? yeah i use that, canes my traps as well as my back
