I have a small dilemma,I was in a hurry and I foolishly posted a package to a customer before he had payed, assuming that he would be making the payment soon through paypal. Anyway, it turns out that for some reason even though initially my item sold, not it is listed as unsold, I do not know why this is, I have messaged the eBayer and have got no response, I told him that there was a mistake with paypal and I thought he had payed and posted the package,I hope that he will either paypal me the money for the item or post it back for which i have offered to pay for postage , but if he keeps the item and does not pay, is there anything i can do?Other than leave negative feedback obviously. . . Appreciate any help.

Nothing you can do, pay him a visit?last month i sold a dvd on ebay, the buyer complained saying the eyes were distorted, i said fine return it to save the hassle, she said she posted it, never turned up, week later she said it got returned to her, then 2 weeks ago she opened a dispute with paypal saying i wont co operate with her, i just replied to the dispute saying return it and ill refund. Her reply was some bollocks, paypal went in her favour and just returned the slag £90, and she kept my DVD.. nothing i can do

You might get lucky, some people on ebay are alrite. Some one accidentally payed me twice for something through Paypal, I gave them one of the payments back
I hope he is a good guy, but there is nothing official I can do , like complain to eBay??
they would say it is your fault basically
