i need to buy some gym equipment for homewhat should i get?i want a weight bench with some weights to get hench quicklyhelp me outhow much shud i be looking to spend

whats ur chest routine my chest is slackinngshoulders, arms and back are killing i tho
pec flysdecline dbflat dbincline dbetc..patel go gym, trust i cant work out at home.

i went up to 6x 30k on dumbell flat bench, was pretty impressed! I've managed to up my hammer press amount to 85 as well, wanna get it to 90 before my creatine runs out.

How does this sound:Monday: Chest, Shoulders, TricepsWednesday: Back, BicepsSaturday: Legs, Stomachany suggestions???
Thats good, but if you feel tired after chest move shoulders with legs and abs.I do back and biceps on monday, because monday everyone does chest.

get a bench off ebay or argos should be cheap then just get some freeweights depending on how much space u have alot of ppl give there 3weights away for free cos they need storage so if u have a whip n space in ur yard/garden dats u. check gumtree tookilled my arms still. gettin enough food is the hard part cos i dunno where to eat in the daytime
