spiderman Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 their proper trying to point out the prejudice zainab has towards christian because of her culture/community/religion. its slightly misleading imo. she could dislike christian for trying to tempt syed to go against her/his beliefs, but that doesnt mean when she is in complete agony she wouldnt accept his help. stubborness like that doesnt come from simple dislike, its obviously prejudice. syed even said it himself, he married amirah and stopped with christian, what more does she want... the writers are basically saying that just cos she isnt for homosexuality that she must be blindly prejudice.
