between man city away and man utd fa cup game something went wrong with him i dunno whati dont think he was injured vs blackburn thought he just played sh*t n hes been poor since then but he aint gettin off the ground or takin heads for pace like he usually does. maybe hes just tiredfab should be whipping his crosses and corners in. no pace makes it too easy for GK and defenders, its just a case of he needs to practice it diaby only uses his left leg to stand or run, put denilson ahead of him or try him right n put hleb left cos hes just getting carried all season, needs to start showing something cos hes done nothing all season

Well at least today we saw an Adebayor pass lead to a goal unlike last week when he should've passed also.Roll on when Kolo, Tomas and Robin all return to full fitness.
Senderos had been good until today, but I knew Villa's strike combination was always gonna f*ck him up. I just hoped we'd kill the game before the got any momentum.

TF allow acting like we dont need wingerssometimes u talk like u dont c any problems with wenger/r teamevery1s been calling 4 wingers from early, being top doesnt change thatif u think we dont need additions 2 the team or squad u need 2 stop posting
We need a winger or player that can play both left & right who is ready to come in, all pre-season I wanted one and had thought it would be Ribery. We didnt get one, then I thought about it and realised Wenger aint buying one...Cos he buys to replace the 11 (Sagna) or to mould into the 11 (Walcott, Diaby). He feels Rosicky & Hleb are good enough and he wants to keep Eboue, Walcott, Diaby, Eduardo so he's invented them as players in those positions so they stay happy and get games.

Adebayor is carrying a knock.Denilson does nothing on the right too.& Hleb is bad on the left too as the second half today proved...

on the performance ..."We had a hangover from last week definitely - you could see that in the first-half. We needed to dig deep to find the pace of the game. In the second-half we were a little bit better but lacked that spark. The reason we got a point today was the desire and the refusal to lose."on the strength of Aston Villa ..."Aston Villa were a difficult opponent who defended very well and who were sharp on the break. I must say they are a team with very robust players and you feel always they expose your defenders to the physical challenge - in a fair way but in a way that can be dangerous for you. They take advantage of every mistake. Up front, too, they are a handful."I must say that I was impressed by Villa. Until the last minute they didn't give us any space, or time on the ball and they are team who are very difficult to beat."on the title race .."I believe the point we gained today will have a big impact on the Premier League, and staying top helps. You know you go through a spell like that and I believe that the point gained can have vital importance."For the observers we will not be favourite and Manchester United will be but I believe that we are top, a point in front, have just one game all season and me maybe in a bad spell at the moment but we will bounce back and I am confident we will do it. That point today can make a big difference."The momentum is with Manchester United so people will say they are favourites but of course for me Arsenal are favourites."on Adebayor not scoring ..."We want to be successful and it is important the responsibility is shared by the players and other players score. That is why I am not worried because if the team plays well Adebayor will score again."on getting players back ..."At the moment we need to get our players back. We have Tomas Rosicky and Robin van Persie who are out and in the context of today you would like to have those players with you and hopefully we can get them back very quickly. He (Van Persie) might be in squad for Tuesday but certainly won't start. We will asses him on Monday morning."on the reported 'Eduardo' chants by Villa fans ..."You expect better from people who come to football stadiums. It looks that intelligence and stupidity can have no limits. Unfortunately stupidity has won."

Oh dear...It would seem our away games are going to be ever so vital.Wigan, Bolton, Man Utd, Chelsea, Sunderland, Derby. And we still have Liverpool, Middlesboro, Reading & Everton @ home.1 point clear simply isn't enough. --------------------------------------------------Man Utd @ O.T: Bolton, Liverpool, Villa, Arsenal & West HamDerby, Middlesboro, Blackburn, Wigan & Chelsea (Away)--------------------------------------------------We haven't made it count, draws are starting to hit us like losses. Forget the performance when I say this:If we want the league title, teams like Villa @ home, Birmingham away should be 3 points.Slapping West Ham 4-1 @ their ground and Fulham gettin brushed aside so convincingly shows you if we don't fix up from next sunday we ain't doing a damn thing this season.

Wenger is naiveWhy he played the back 4 so high up the pitch baffled me, we let them get in behind 2 oftenAt least we didnt lose but it was poor, Wally is looking better but its the basics that let him downSheyi shoudda kept the braids, he may neva score again lol..I hope Mr Persie lives up to the hype and produces

4 me its not that man u will not lose or @ least drawsame 4 chelseaits the TIMING of thoser draws have arrived @ a very bad time1 more+we will more than likely find ourselves knocked off top spotso then psychologically any further dropped points from us is derailing IMO& a MAJOR boost 4 man ui THEN cant c them dropping points in the games that r not against us or chelsea IF they r TOPwe must b low on confidence ATM,man u seem b 2 gaining confidencechelsea have restored some, but they r a strong group collectively (very experienced, unlike us)but if we bounce back & get 2-3 wins on the spin i think we will b fine til the man u,liverpool+chelsea spellalso, how the outcome of the milan away will affect us we never knowits never easy after an away tie in europe 2 get back 2 business in the premlet alone if we were 2 get damaged in some way

You do know who got the assist for Theo's first goal right?
Yup. I was relating it to when he should've passed to Bendtner.

lol @ the buy buy buy gang.We have decent back up we've just been unlucky with injuries, Diaby & Rosicky getting injured at the same time was very unlucky but even then we still had Eduardo who could play there & now look...We have 4 strikers, 5 if you include Theo4 Central defenders & Sagna can play there if necessaryX amount of CM's3 Gk's2 RB's 3 if you include EboueMan Utd have less players then us in certain positions but have been extremely lucky with injuries & their new signings have settled quickly, imagin if Rooney was out for the same amount of time as RVP? If Tevez snapped his leg like Eduardo? Rio went to the ACN & then got injured when he came back? Wes Browns brother died? VDS got sprained his thumb & then got ill? Giggs & Nani got injured at the same time etc etcI doubt they would be 1 point behind us right now. It's not about overloading the squad like Man City & having Gibbs, Randall, Hoyte, Vela, Merida etc never being able to break into the 1st team.

Two points from the last six available may not read particularly well, but Cesc Fabregas insists there is no reason for Arsenal to feel down. The Gunners sit top of the Premier League, albeit by just one point, and still have European aspirations. However, they are without a win from their last four games. The doubters are sharpening their pencils as they prepare to draw a line under Arsenal’s season, but, speaking after Saturday’s late, late show against Aston Villa, Fabregas was in defiant mood.“I don't think there is any reason to be down,” said the Spaniard. “Four weeks ago we were two points behind Manchester United, then we were five points in front. Now we are one point [ahead] but still at the top.“I don't think that is bad. But we have to be strong and at least [against Aston Villa] we have come back fighting until the end. This is the most important sign.“When you are so young and if you do not have this spirit, it is very difficult to do something. If a team is weak mentally, you do not come back from these games because everything is against you.“Maybe it is not the best game of your life, but still you come back and get the points. That means something.”In one of football’s old clichés, any successful side is often paid a visit by Lady Luck — in recent weeks, she has been conspicuous by her absence.“The goals we are conceding are a bit unlucky, own goals, or mistakes,” continued Fabregas. “Not because they make a perfect, great goal."Sometimes when you look at that it can be disappointing. But we are still at the top and we have to be strong.“We have to try to be there until the end.”
Nicklas Bendtner has praised Arsenal's character after his last-gasp goal secured a point against Aston Villa on Saturday. At the weekend, it looked like Arsene Wenger's side were going to slip to only their second defeat in 50 competitive games at Emirates Stadium. But Bendtner's goal deep into injury time gave them a point and saw them retain their position on top of the Premier League.Afterwards the Dane gave his side credit for getting something on a very bad day at the office."I thought we did really well," he said. "We kept fighting. It was a difficult game but because we kept going it meant we got what we deserved."We always want to fight until the end. That's the way a championship-winning team wants to play and that's what we want to do this season."It looked like it was going to be a bad day but it's a 90-minute game so you can score in the last minute as we did. That shows the true character and strength which runs right through the team."The season is very long and I'm sure we'll be back to winning ways very quickly now."We have been unlucky. Against Birmingham we could have won, against Milan we had chances to have won and against Villa it was a difficult game but we came back."
