lol.. them fart lifts there :Dthe lift was good, if he was gonna f up his back it woudlve broken!i do 170 usually if i train in the morning i can get to 175. done 180 one rep.
Thank you, carpedeum knows his stuff.In two weeks time i gonna try 182.5kgs blink.gif

your legs r pathetic u mus not squatim not sending jus sayini cant squat 40 kilos but deadlift around 140 now..
HmmI'm 13 stone, my calfs are 15.2",Thighs: 24.02"I squat 115kgs for 8 reps will post a video in couple weeks.i'm 6ft so will take longer for my legs to fill out...
