Some massive albums due to drop this year. / I just need to hit up some big raves in Ldn or Leeds cos the ones here arent cutting it. Theres these two d*ckhead DJ's who cant mix and are on EVERY SINGLE flyer which has a 'name' DJ on it. They just drop tunes whenever and play to the sh*t we get crowds up here. spiderman Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 lol basically there leaning towards a commercial set/not dj'ing properly? that was bound to happen with how big dubstep is now, and its gonna be fused with the underground more tightly because of the way the scene is shaped with the "no segregation" policy on the music itselfs rubbing off on other aspects. i agree tho, i wouldnt wanna really hear some watered down version of the sound, altho in all fairness it aint aimed at me and there tryna target a new crowd who sit on the surface. as long as theres nights for me that showcase (mostly) good quality dj's who play the freshest dubs and push the sound, then im not bothered.
