So about my Stevie Wonder ordeal. Ten days of carefully-worded complaints later....

I am very sorry that the sound in your area was not to your satisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill. I would like to offer you 4 complimentary top price tickets on the flat floor areafor the forthcoming Stevie Wonder concert at the same venue on Tuesday 30 September 2008.

Saw John Legend last night, was good still.
What's his show like these days? Last time I saw him was before Get Lifted dropped, and the whole show was JL + piano. I really thought the intimate, acoustic piano setting is his forte, and I'm not sure if I'm eager to see him with a full band in a big venue
It was kinda intimate. Venue was small but there was a band. That Tommy Hilfiger Sessions that you may have seen Jaime Winstone, Lily Allen's younger and Daisy Lowe pictured at in the papers today.Mainly performed Get Lifted tracks which makes me wonder if he thinks he made a mistake with the 2nd album.Invite only @ Angelo so you wouldnt have heard about it. He's at that OrangeCorps thing at RAH on Sat but not sure if there are tix left. Played a couple songs off the new album, one called Good Morning which is him and piano, got one Reggae song which he performed with some UK singer called Zanif. She's kinda big still. Some next dude called Steve Appleton was there and he's good as well. Some yobs were shouting before them, but didnt catch their name coz I thought they were sh*t.EDIT: Reggae song is called 'No Other Love' and on the album its with Estelle

Willing to sell two of them?
Sorry man, all 4 of us who went last time are eager to go and see an uninterrupted show. If I did have spares, I'd share with the VIP2 fam... got tickets off here before, gonna return the favour oneday, I can sense itI'm nuff pleased though. Coz now I can cancel the revenge I plotted against O2 and Live Nation. *Calls Jack Bauer with orders to stand down* And Stat I honestly don't mind about who's around me- me and my people will be loving it, so as long as Stevie is there, and is audible, sh*t is bless. Thanks agin for the heads-up all those months ago :Y: Thanks for the rundown Numero. It's a pity he seems to skip over Once Again, it's so much better than Get Lifted, but I suppose you need to give the people what they want. I hope I don't have to wait until his career fizzles out to catch him on another proper small-arena tour. That'd make me feel badmind.

FAO: John Legend fans, he said he'll be back in October when his album drops and he hopes he can do Brixton, so I'm guessing it'll be there. Be on the look out. He'll be over for MOBOs so I'm guessing its them timesGuess he wasnt feeling the whole o2 ting. I didnt go coz I felt it was way too big for him. Brixton Academy was good when I went
