Turns into a right bitch in seasons 2 and 3. Only thing that slightly redeems his character is the way he goes out. He doesn't turn into a bitch as such, I think he just gets a bit tired of putting in hard work all the time and not making boss P's (like when he starts caking off that corner, Marlow comes along and f*cks up his sh*t).
