If you get blood flowing to them regularly and get optimum stretching...say you only stretch each disc by 0.5 cm, thats 19 x 05 cm....thats...9.5 cm....which is....3.8 inches..So theoretically, just by improving your posture you can add 3.8 inches to your height..This of course, is theoretically, and would takes ages & ages to practice..Though being that it was 3.8 inches, im sure you dont have 19 discs in your spine =\But, ya get the gist..*lol @ all of that sounding like one of them 'Hi, I used to be a short scrawny guy before i took HEIGHTGAIN!©*...
