Lol @ this, but ill take the baitYou could do very light weights everyday, but that would be pointlessIf your gonna do heavy weights, no point doing it so many times a week1, you will be 2 weak 2 do this everyday and wont do your sets/reps2, you wont give your bicep enough time repair the torn fibres, which when repaired grow back stonger and bigger

i do them when i do my back (they always seem to fail before my back on pulldowns, pullups, rows...) and then i do them again when i do my legs, bicep curl machine and then dumbells or that bar thing.

your not lifting using your back then. the only thing that should legitimately give it before your back is your grip

how do i change then? use a wider grip? tbh my back is a lot wider than my chest and i don't want it getting too out of proportion.

it sounds weird but pull from your elbows. imagine your hands are hooks and their only purpose is to hook onto the bar. then try and make the actual pulling motion from your elbows
