Producer gets most the pThen whoever wrote itThen whoever spits on itThere is no 6/7 pounds per minute that is DUCK TALESThe royalties and things like that count on wether the artist has sold their publishing and how many people are eating off them eg producer, manager and various different pars of that nature.
I heard that the producer of the song gets about £5/6 not sure exactly for each time there beat is played

U think a radio station or an organisation will be paying 6/7 quid to play your ish?... Never.
I thought they payed a blanket license to the prs and then the prs pay youI'm not sure how much you'd get for kiss but my bredrin got around £40 for his track played on radio 1 a couple timesYou'd be very surprised how much these guys make, my brother in law is youngstarr's (pulse x, stand up tall) brother, and when he told me how much he made from pulse x i nearly cried..

If you think £1 on kiss is good, you should see what is paid out from Radio 1 something like £13 (i'm not chatting sh*t) - for PRS anywaythat goes to the publisher and whatever agreement you have from there determines how you you recieve from thattheres PPL money aswell... usually that will go to the record company or whoever owns the rights to the sound recordingbare false information in this topicBut I'd say over the years, Wiley mustve made some decent moneyKanoDizzee (easily)JME is also doing his thing

If you're a UK based artist, the money's in songwriting and touring/PA's, really.
That's the case everywhere, always has been. Only thing thats changed is artists arent making money from the albums like they used to so are forced to do touring to make up the losses

And can anyone give me a guess of what type of artist you'd have to be to be played on their A-grade playlist just to go NEAR that margin?Lol
