Mine are still on track, after coming off the cycle and water retention has gone. I am excatly 16 stone, lost well over a stone. Looking a lot better and more rippeed in certain areas. Feel a lot stronger as well and happy that not much strength has gone after the cycle.100k BB bench comfy now85 pounds DB incline75 pounds DB shoulder press110 pounds one arm rows15K BB Curls, tried to do 20k, llow it lolThose are the most notable increases. Still got a way to go, wanna get my bodyfat % down.Can just see the outerline for 6pack, SOMETIMES lol, so need to def bring BF down. Need to see my GP to get a new reading.Doing a lot more cardio now as well, can do 5k runs like its nothing now which is good. I mix it up with HITT and some long distance running.

It's weird that you weigh more than 4 stone more than what I do, but I lift basically the same as you in everything cept bench press.
exactly what i was thnking. you dont seem to be that strong for your size

Only been traing proper for 18 months, im still losing weight remember, i aint 16 stone of pure lean mass lol

you are weak for your size,training time ,you mention that you bench 100kgs quite alot but that's less than your bodyweight not really impressive.start squating and get your deadlift to over x2 bodyweight...

i dont think ive got to long to go now, if i keep it up, i will be able to finally wear a bikini on my holiday :D ive been doing a lot of walking recently but it does not seem to have had any effect on the thighs. Its just my thighs that are letting me down , still look like f*ckin tree trunks !

goals have all gone very well, leanr alot of new things at my gym training with athletes and great coaches. and it all ended up being featured in a fitness mag out in may.
What mag, one over here or states

Well i'm long way off (wanna be strong & 17-18 stone) only training six months now:95k BB bench(body weight 81kgs/12.12lbs)40kgs each hand DB incline22kgs each hand standing DB shoulder press28K BB Curls each hand175kgs deadlift 80kgs squat x 20 reps
