This book is terrible.It's basically a delusion on the author's part, taking a story about him covering his own ass within his corporate institution, and cooking it into a spy novel. While there is certainly a big institutional & beaurocratic mess which f*cks over the Third World, this is a factless book about a life of immoral capitalism, which the author tries to spice into a conspiracy tale. Probably envisaging himself as a mere pawn in an insidious international plot helps to ease his own guilt.But the real sh*t is more complex than a conspiracy theory. There are real and serious problems to be addressed regarding the Third World's economic woes; and the ways which the World Bank, IMF and other institutions fail them and worsen the situation. I havent read this but i'm assuming its an autobiography about how s/he was treated and abused n such These books are really good. Gives you an insight to what happened to them. Quite sad reading them though.

I'm not currently in that kinda mood for those books. Spent 2 years reading that kind of stuff and it's sometimes too absorbing and demotivating.

Theyre the stories from the boook..I dont normally read books at home, just when im on the train, bus etc, so I needed something away from the computer screen..
