kahuna Posted April 24, 2008 Report Share Posted April 24, 2008 its a pain the arse, ive placed two orders on 2 sites in the past week and they have both managed to piss me offfirst case-i order some protein shake at 9am on monday and pay for next day delivery ( the site proudly boast that if you order before 12 u will get it the next day) next day it hasnt arrived, so i ring up at about 5pm asking whats the crack. and im informed that its been sent with DHL who work till 8pm, which is great when reception to my buliding close at 5pm.so get up early, check my post box for the slip saying ive got a parcel, nope not there. so i gotta walk back up 12 flights of stairs cus the lift is broke. go back at 4.30 and it has just been delivered. pissed me off, a day late, and deliverd in the afternoon.second case-so i think f*ck next day delievery, im getting the bog one. order a jacket and a pair of shorts again at 9am ish on tuesday. with the promise of 3 working days,ive just tracked my order on the site, and its not even been shipped yet, and then i look at the delievery terms which state, allow 3-4 days to clear shipping and another 3-4 days for delivery. its a f*ck*ng joke, i need my jacket for tomorrow and there is a chance i wont see it for another week or so, i im not shopping online for a long time after this whole experience Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They've got bare lazy Polish guys driving their vans so sometimes they don't even bother coming to your yard. My package was set to be delivered 3 days in a row, in those 3 days it was in a van with a courier and he didn't even bother delivering it until I got vex and went to their facility.
