Cannon bought the bauble for $2.5 million at Jacob & Co. on East 57th Street, where he was spotted again yesterday. "Maybe he's making payments on it," laughed our witness, who overheard Cannon telling Jacob Arabo they are set to marry. Carey's new bling is 17 carats, with a whopping 10-carat center stone, and made of rare pink and purple diamonds.
