Used to be T-Dan now MuscleMaster.Not trained properly for a while now been working 7 days a week and getting alot of baby stuff ready has my girls due date is getting closer and closer.I've been to the gym 1-2 times a week then had 2 weeks of just 1 big circle but ive got another job started Monday just 5 days a week Mon-Fri 10am-7pm so ill be able to get a train in before i start work ideally be in the gym for 7 and out for 9.Added alot of bodyfat i think im about 16st now added alot of weight lost alot of mass. Gonna slow down on strength training and concentrate on losing weight because im going on holiday end of June.Hows everybody round here anyway its been a while

not really gymmin for summerim getting ready for american football later this year, my position requires strength/speed but not TOO much mass im kinda bulked up in the arms/back/legs need to work on the chest more :D
