Had anger management sessions in year 9 with the school nurse/senco/shrink and thats about it. A psychiatrist simply tells you what you need to hear and gets you to talk your issues in the open. LuLu Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 Theres no shame in seeking help, better to sort out your issues etc when your young, or they'll just fester into something worseThats what im thinking now, ive put off going to see a pychatrist (sp) on several times but i know that if i dont sort it out now, the problem is always going to haunt me.Even read an article on the net that this sh*t could prevent me from having children in the future and if that isnt a reason to stop itself, i dunno what is but its okay saying im gonna stop, its a case of having the correct mentality to stop but its just my way of dealing with things.
