When I used to ring BBG, and theyre transferring you, the hold music sounds like a sports broadcast..If you watch BBG TV an hour a day, you'll start to understand it... I'd like to know how the government justified a 14% pay rise deal for tanker drivers, but couldnt justify a 2-4% increase for police officers...
