I've had some people on u-fix get good upgrades.Obviously you've not made the company any money so they'd rather you leave than give you a phone.You're in the low-level banding. basically they've given you very little discount towards an upgrade. Its basically an N96 without the useless DVB-H but with an 8 megapixel camera, image stabilsation, face detection, high battery capacity, divx playback, 120fps video recording.. it still uses S60 like the n96 so you've got bare software available. I own said touchscreen Samsung Tocco and it is the sh*t. I usually regret getting a phone within 2 weeks but it's been 2 weeks and I still love it.Camera's more confusing than more digital cameras though.Edit: Whilst we're on the subject, someone tried it with me the other day. Called me said he was doing insurance for Carphone Warehouse on my Samsung Tocco, did I want it etc. I actually kinda do want it so after a lot of hesitation I said yeah. Ran me through, had a whole legal disclosure thing etc. Asked me to confirm my postcode. I refused at first but figured f*ck it, what can he do with it. Gave it to him. Then he said for my bank he only needed the name of my bank coz he had the details. So I told him my bank was Natwest and felt comforted that he didn't need my details.Later he calls me back saying he made a mistake and that he needs all my bank details. TOld him he ain't getting em so he can cancel his thing. Next day I saw the guy that sold me my phone come into my workplace for a drink. I asked him about the call and if it was legit, he said no. f*ckERS! Sounded so legit! I dodged a bullet even though I only have £100 left of my overdraft. As for the HTC.. I don't know BOY.. The camera is a lil slow and with a sluggish Touch-Flo menu.But with the many ROM's out there I suppose you can get it tweaked and running alright.The backing is funky aswell. Threw me 1st time..
