I remember where I was oon these two dates On September 11 2001 I was coming back from college and on the bbc was on when I was at home and we was watching all this drama unfold.On 7/7 I was down green lanes and my mum called me and asked if im alright I said yes she said her friend just called her and told her she saw a bus blow up I was like reh she told me the whole tube network was down. I was in a van with this guy called dave and man was saying he use to work on the trains and they would never turn of the whole network all this talk it was doing my head in the rest of the day was a blur. I remember it rained and I spent most of the day in a west Indian restaurant on west green roadYou?

9/11 - At schoolI remember 7/7 well. The day of my final sports day.... I skipped school as I wasn't in the mood to do the 1500m, and I was in New Cross when everyone got shifted of the bus. I went into a corner shop and thats when I heard what had happened.

9/11school trip in germany, spent hours watching nbc on a tiny tv. at the time i didnt realise the scale of what happened.7/7i hd been out the night before and was up early and just flicked onto news, and watched for about 5 mins and then it all went nuts as the news broke

9/11 i was making music that afternoon up Wimbledon ends so when i left i went to the station it had a weird mood to it everyone was real quiet. Caught a glance the evening standard newspaper headline thing talking about the attack.turned on my walkman radio and all the stations had cut all talk and adverts and were just playing music and every now and then the presenter would come on and tell us the reason the programming had changed was of because of the attack on the WTC.For the London bombings i was sleeping at my girls house so we both leave the house and get to the bus stop on old kent road, no buses...at...all but loads of police,fire engines and ambulances rushing up towards central London.Finally got to Peckham and got to work then saw the news about the buses,started getting texts and calls from people asking if people are safe.It was hilarious when i was going back home with my girl and this Indian guy got on the bus with a big rucksack i know the whole bus was shook.In fact in the weeks after if you were Asian or black and going on the bus or train with a big heavy bag you were going to get watched like a hawk.
