I hear that, I really do and seen it for myself but Arsene don't f*ck wid his homegrown English players.

He'll cop if they overhyped at some next club but bringing them through, he ain't feeling em, just f'd bias that won't ever change unfortunately.

They need to bring in that 6+5 rule though, every team should be forced to play English.

Podolski banged how many last season up front? We lack GOALS, we buy a goal scorer and play him on the wing. :/

We put Gervinho up front. We play Ramsey on the wing. :/

Bradford had that game for 70 minutes. At no stage did we deserve to win. AW needs to buy players that he's actually going to play in that position. I'm a big fan of Lukas but f**king hell I'd rather we bought a winger and play him there than spend money on a striker and play him out wide left.

How accurate did you think his comments were in terms of Wenger not doing enough coaching, being tactically unaware (not seeing defensive danger quick enough) and not doing enough to develop players?

They say Wenger hasn't adjusted and teams have caught up to us in the transfer market in terms of utilising foreign markets..

We've lost massive players since 07 and not really replaced em

Hleb

Henry

Sheyi

Flamini

Cesc

Nasri

Toure

Clichy

Song

RVP

He developed all of those guys, but imo he's been unlucky with the younger guys he bought as they didn't progress (vela, merida, B52, ramsey, feo etc those guys)

When I look at Newcastle I see Ben Arfa, Cabeye and Tiote and think why didn't we go in for these guys? Wenger's strength was turning average players or players with potential into stars but we haven't seen this in a while tbh Wilshere/ Chesney are the latest (but they came from the youth team) and I'd say Song was the last..

Marcotti said we've over achieved considering our net spend and wage bill and I can agree with this point but we all want greater success on the pitch

The Bradford loss was bad, but has been overhyped..when we went to City earlier this season, we looked a real good side.. The Chelsea home defeat fucked things up, and as y'all know Diaby went off injured and we haven't been the same since..

I dont think Wenger has changed per say when I listen to all the various players & staff opinions.  I dont think he's become less of a coach either.

However I think a lot of the players we have "trained" haven't been trained in the art of plan B. They look lost and shocked to their core, when they get dragged into a battle.

Where as Wenger didnt really have to do that with his previous players, as for most it was already in them.

The defensive thing holds true, as when I watch Coquelin and I really dont see a defensive midfielder at all, if anything he's becoming a #10 ffs.

As for the signing thing, I think its easier for the mid-tier teams now, and Arsenal are stuck in a very weird place, due to finance and belief.
