I don't see how this is going to change anything for black people in the USA? Are kids from Harlem now suddenly all become doctors and politicians? It shows you can achieve anything, if you are born in the right area and go to the right schools and universities.
SMHSometimes white ppl need to think before they make dumb statements regarding black ppl
People are talking about it as a historic moment, playing clips of MLK speeches, a culmination of the black Civil Rights movement, proof that race is not a barrier in America etc. etc. I'm saying that having one mixed race guy in the White House does not make that much difference for working-class black people in America.
Your wrong. u dont understand WHY it makes a difference. It will change the mind frame of MANY MANY negative thinking black ppl.I wudda never guessed that in my lifetime the most powerfull man in the world would be black. Watch the mount of black ppl that get into politics ALL OVER THE WORLD...bout it wont make a difference you d*ckhead.
Like I said, you need to relax with these insults. I said I don't personally see how it makes a difference. And lol at thinking it's impossible for a white person to understand this, you're a f*ck*ng moron tbh. When Kennedy became president it was even more of a thing for Irish Catholics than Obama being president is for black people. Huge amounts of people in Ireland (including my family) still have pictures of Kennedy in their living rooms etc. But, let me guess, it doesn't compare to the black struggle?A change in attitude still isn't convincing me of much tbh. But we'll see innit.
cos theres more irish ppl in the world than black ppl right?YOUR the f*ck*ng moron. If u can understand why it was a big deal for the Irish then why cant u understand why its a big deal now for blacks. Neek go bed, dont sour my moment with ur misinformed statements.

This is a completely pointless argument, clearly you get angry when people don't agree with you. The fact that there are black people on this page agreeing with parts of what I said but you are choosing to ignore them and argue with the white guy just shows your stupidity. You can have the last word.Go.

That's one opinion. Tbh I don't really want to get into this cos it just ends up in stupid arguments and people calling each other racist.Congratulations to Obama, seems like a genuine guy who really wants to make the world a better place. McCain seemed like a pretty genuine guy too as well, gets bare stripes for 5 years as a POW as well and be running for president and not having killed himself.
