F'in hell you man are concerned over charging once every day?

Swear i put mine on charge at least 2/3 times a day... Even now needs a charge lol

Madness, I ain't charged my phone for time

I'm on 6.5 hours of usage and 1 day and 13 hours of standby

Still got 42% battery left

I booked an appointment with Genius bar cause my home button wasn't responding sometimes, I added it to my notes to make it easier for them.

Got there and got seated, guy came 5 minutes later and told me that a girl will be 5 minutes to help me and bring me my new phone, didn't ask any questions apart from what is your serial number. Shoulda seen me and my girl's faces when he said that without even looking at my phone.

Girl comes and gives me my new phone and then speaks to my girlfriend about the problems with hers (Dropping calls, interference, calls not registering) my girlfriend asks to cancel her appointment because she hadn't backed up her phone and didn't want to loose everything. The employee says (without checking the phone or anything) that she will add to her notes that her phone has been checked and has home button problems and that she is due a new phone next time she comes in.

I was dumbfounded, Apple's customer service >> ____________.

Might go in there with my Mac book and see if they will give me a new casing cause it's dented.

Got a free replacement latest gen Nano 8gb for a 1st gen ipod nano 2gb, that I had sitting in a draw and hadn't used since 08 times, because of some battery issue with the first gen, that got highlighted recently.

This happened last week, the 1st gen came out in 2005.

Even though their customer service is pretty good. Don't think the replacement devices are BRAND NEW straight out of the factory.

Most if not all, are refurbs...

Nah i spoke to one of the managers who told me the old phones are burnt down and use the material to make new ones. everything maybe except for the home button

@ Ironman, when did you receive yours? I'm waiting on mine still...

@Swiftie, of course not. The woman at the apple store told me they re used all the screw and non worn pieces but you still get new battery, screen and even sim tray she said. I'm pretty sure they're not re using processors and chips as well, surely that couldn't run? If you think about it though most of it will be new.
