I initially called up to increase my data limit because I hit it last month and had to endure ridiculously slow internet until my next bill date. She explained that I could buy more data when it runs out, I said no thanks, it should be part of my contract. At which point she identified it was up for renewal on Jan 8th. I asked her which cheaper contracts would be available and she revealed that I use on average 190 mins per month. Then suggested this new tarriff which is usually £15.50 but I got a loyalty discount.
