Hol tight anyone who backed man and put 3.Parrist in their sig, fully appreciated.But on topic, How well do you take care of yourself?Do you clean out your ears every morning?Cut or do your hair every week?Trim your nails every week?What do you do to take care of yourself? Any special diets? Flojo Posted December 23, 2008 Report Share Posted December 23, 2008 Diet mainly consists of poultry, rice and pasta with very little fried food, Take vitamins and cod liver oil daily.Not getting as much exercise as I should at the minute but going to get back to the gym soon.Don't smoke and very rarely drink so I'd say I take pretty good care of myself.I see bare man I used to go to school with who've piled on the pounds and generally look f*cked. Chinese takeaway once a week.Cut nails one a month usually, cut hair before a night out.
