I went to the gym today. I say that as if I achieved but I did 45 minutes of cardio and then it shut. Shame on me.

i went out clubbing when i got back indont they shut at 7 there should have still been timeand i missed a legs and shoulders session yesterday to go shopping in selfridgeseven though i'm slighlty bigger than last year. i'm a lot weaker.

I skip abs too often.I skip legs because I play football.I don't dead lift.Still seeing quality progress though but I get pissed off thinking "what if I'd been doing abs for as long as I've been going, I'd have a 12 pack ffs"

A Bit Better
So I wasn't even f*ck*ng registered for the f*ck*ng game. Didn't go. Went to go look at a car. Heading to the gym in half an hour. Pissed off so have some extra energy!
