Come and confess your gym no-no's. Did you skip a session? Do 7 instead of 8 reps in your last set? Use your back too much during a shoulder press? Count a half rep because you didn't have the energy to fully extend? It's OK. Come here to get it off your chest. All is forgiven.Today, I skipped a session. Was meant to go at half 8 and I never left the house. I know that I won't go until Monday now and am ashamed.*Feels better*Who's next?

even though i'm slighlty bigger than last year. i'm a lot weaker.when my boys from home are lie rah u must be liftin big weights now. i let them believe it. even though im weaker than i was back then

Surely not managing ur last rep is a good thing? So long as ur pushing urself hard enough. U know u gotta reach that next time.My confession: I keep skipping my abs, i normally do them last and if the area's full (which it always is after chrimbo, up until about march time) i f*ck it off and go home, also, i been guzzling the lager + gobbling down chinese on a friday and i'm meant to be making an extra effort to get my fat down for April's Cyprus excursion.

SMH. I keep meaning to reply to your message but to summarise, my response would be that you're welcome and no, it doesn't make me sleepy.I still haven't been. Oh, another confession... I haven't done back or legs in about 2 months.
Cool. I figured out the sleepy ting. I had it with milk the first two times and then proceeded to relax on my bed whilst playing Xbox. I think it made me tired because of how heavy on the stomach it is adn then I would relax. Now I have it with water and do something to keep me minimally active.Oh, and I made it to gym today like I said I would yesterday.

Moved from 14kg to 18kg that dayeven though didn't make last rep still felt like a champ but a cheater aswell

i went out clubbing when i got back in :D
