got worked so hard at the gym last night, i went straight to be when i got in, felt so drained and weak, i though seriously thought i had got swine flu. the flu like feeling is the worst
it was swine flu, its been a slow burner but has really just kicked my arsee today
Just saw my uni team head coach. Haven't seen him since before I got bigger. He didn't mention my growth. Then I dropped that I wanna play Strong Safety instead of Free Safety. He replies "Then get bigger!" Bastard. Now I've gotta try put on a couple kilos in a month.

You broke up your sets on the bench just to look at a buff girl!? LOL your gym focus is weak. That is not what the gym is for!I never even have my contacts in when I go gym so I can't even see the buff girls. I'm glad about that as otherwise I'd feel a way about the crusty old unironed tees I go gym in.
I've come in here to vent.2 Years ago (the last time I weight trained seriously), I was benching 75kg regularly.I started today for the first time.And I can barely get through 3 sets of 8 with f*ck*ng 55kg. Failed halfway through the 3rd set.FML

the person i ussually go gym with has jus had his first baby so aint had any 1 to go with. working out on bench and chinupbar + dumbbells jus went out the window after first 2 weeks or sobut yeh went back to my 2 meals plus sh*t snacks routine which is why i lost so much mass dumb i knowima start training at home again PROPERLY
