Are you serious? You down 500ml of milk and nlarge2 chocolate powder in 3 mins?STFUI feel sick if I do that.Have to spread it over about 10 minutes.Especially after you've just worked outomgstfumake me feel like a f*ck*ng milhouse
450ml, and yes bruv! Can't long it. The quicker you drink it the better. I'm just constantly drinking it once it's made. Why does the fact that you've just worked out make it harder? And I'm backing strawberry fam. Lol at all the stfu's.

With milk it takes long to back that drink. It becomes proper heavy. With water, it's gone in a few minutes. Don't like to waste time with it.Boy, gym membership ran out today, so it's press ups and sit ups in my room time. At least until I get a bench and some weights, but I'm even contemplating whether or not to do that. Might just try and save myself some money and just do the body weight exercises. I've been slacking with the eating as well. I need to get back on track.

Yeah, I just saw that's how it is meant to work. For some reason I imagined it going on top of my door and hanging from that. The pack is decent still. Set up my chin up bar outside my door. Have nearly walked into it a good couple times when leaving my room.
