United Liverpool aint a derbyand tbh saying which is the biggest is just stupid, each fan will consider their derby the biggest as it is for them
if sunderland and newcastle is a derby then united and liverpool ishow far is manchester from scouseland? 25-30miles?
newcastle and Sunderland is different cos they are no teams other than them in their citesLiverpool has Everton and Manu has city, they are the derbiesThe proximity between manc and liverpool may add to the game but it dont make it a derby
yeh you're probs right, the north west derby probably isnt a derbyby that criteria i guess the el clasico isn't a derby either
of course el classico aint a derby, its a rivalrynext someones genna tell me argentina england is a derby cos they have a rivalry
snm
LOL. Who hands out these pink tags man...come on.
2 things Sunderland Newcastle are quite a bit closer than pool united, plus they dont have other teams in their cities unlike United and pool, but I get what ure saying,do u think City and everton is a derby then? They do call it el derbi, but Like I said its all definitions, for me it aint
local derby = birmingham derby, north london derby, manc derby, merseyside derby, black country derby etcderby = north west derby, tyne-weir derby, el clasico etcnah, its not a derby gameand IMO the biggest derbys are determined by the amount of rivalry between the teams, which eliminates merseyside derby IMO
Its always quite fierce between the teams itself IMO (as there is always someone sent off etc, always hard hitting) but not so the fans wise.
so I should be pinked cos I dont see real Barca as a derby considering they are like 200 miles awaythis cmin from a pool fan whos probably from london and been to Anfield less than 10 times in his lifesmh
LOL @ throwing around the age old argument and assumptions, like say it changes anything. When a local derby is called a local derby for a reason, and a derby being just a derby for another reason. And i was referring to your whole argument about Sunderland & Newcastle being a derby but not Pool United, when the there is about a 7 mile difference between how far the two cities are apart. Its not really that hard..

stadium of light to St james park is 10 miles according google map, Anfield to old Trafford is 34 milesI would say thats quite a bit more than 7 miles difference, Ur knowledge of your city aint too good whereabouts in Liverpool do u hail from?, plus I said also Newcastle and Sunderland dont have other teams in their cities and that I even understood y JJ could say that if it was a derby then Liv Man U is to, main one I disagreed with was Barca RealDoes it hurt that I can make assumptions that turn out to be true that easily?Ive been to more games at WHL then u will see in your life dont come with pink talk when ur opinion would be seen as VOID in a serious football crowd
