One dealership was trying to sell me an 02 plate car for about £500 less than the Whatcar.co.uk value and it only had 17,000 miles on it. Now that, to me, is suspect mileage. Anyway, tomorrow I'm seeing a car that has the dealer service history. Not too many miles (can't remember how many right now). It seems like a good one. Guy wants £2800 and I wanna give him £2500. Service History is a MUSTGo with a Mechanic, lots off Salvaged cars being sold nowadays, even dealerships are buying damaged cars mainly from Scotland, getting them repaired by cheap labor Romanian Mechanics who order parts from unauthorized sellers. At the bottom, the bit that runs under the doors doesn't line up with the front wing on one side so it's clearly been in an accident. How serious is this? The way I see it is that if that hasn't been repaired well, what else is wrong?General Mac, you seem to know what you're talking about. What you think? Rest of that car was fine.
